Programs

Fixed scope. Fixed price. Production.

Three programs, in order. Each one is priced before it starts and ends with something you can use whether or not you continue. No hourly billing. No open-ended pilots. No demos.

Process Audit

Most companies don't have an AI problem. They have one process AI could fix, hidden among twenty that AI would just make faster. The audit finds the one worth fixing.

We spend two weeks inside your operation—on the floor, in the tools, with the people who run the process. We come back with a ranked map of where AI changes your economics, a system spec for the first one, and a fixed-price quote to build it.

If there's nothing worth building, we tell you. You keep the map.

Timeline

Week 1
DiscoveryWalk the process end to end. Interview the people who run it. Pull the data, the documents, and the failure cases.
Week 2
Design & quoteRank the candidates by economic impact and feasibility. Spec the first system. Price it. Present it to your leadership.

You get

  • Ranked process map with the economics of each candidate
  • System spec: data, integrations, decisions, human checkpoints
  • Fixed-price quote and timeline for SDX–02
  • A readout with your leadership team

Who's in the room

The person who owns the process, someone who knows the systems, and whoever signs.

System Build

A production system built to your process, not a configuration of someone else's product. We rebuild the process around what AI can do, wire it into the tools you already run, and put it in front of the people who use it every day.

We design for the real world: messy data, edge cases, and the day the model is wrong. Every decision that needs a person gets a checkpoint. Every action gets a record.

When it ships, your team is trained, the documentation is written, and the system is yours.

Timeline

Week 1
Design freezeFinal spec, data access, integration points, and the decisions that stay human.
Weeks 2–5
BuildThe system takes shape against your real data. Weekly working sessions, not status reports.
Weeks 5–7
Integrate & hardenConnect to your tools. Run it alongside the current process. Fix what breaks.
Final week
Train & hand overYour team runs it. We watch. Then it's in production.

You get

  • A production AI system integrated with your existing tools
  • An evaluation suite that proves it works on your data
  • Human checkpoints and a full audit trail
  • Documentation, training, and source
  • Ownership. It's yours.

Operate

AI systems don't stay built. Data drifts, models change, costs creep, and the process around the system keeps moving. Someone has to run it.

Most businesses don't have that person. We are that person—on a flat monthly retainer. We monitor, evaluate, update, and control cost, and we keep a standing plan for the next process worth rebuilding.

This is where the economics compound. Each system we run teaches us your business, and the next build gets faster and cheaper.

What's included

  • Monitoring and incident response
  • Ongoing evaluation against your real outcomes
  • Model, prompt, and integration updates as vendors change
  • Cost control and usage reporting
  • A quarterly review and a roadmap for the next process
  • A named engineer who knows your system

Pricing

Flat monthly retainer, sized to the system. Month to month. Where it fits, Operate runs on CogNexus, our agent-native operations platform.

Questions

Straight answers.

Why not just buy software?

Because the software you can buy was designed for the average of a thousand businesses, and yours isn't average. Every off-the-shelf tool asks your process to bend to fit it. A completely custom system, built around how your business actually runs with AI doing the work, now takes weeks instead of years, and it's yours. If an existing tool genuinely fits, the audit will say so.

Do we need clean data first?

No. Almost nobody has it. The audit tells us what data exists, what shape it's in, and what the system actually needs. Builds are designed for the data you have, not the data you wish you had.

What do you integrate with?

The tools you already run: ERP, CRM, project management, email, spreadsheets, document stores, and on the floor, cameras and PLCs. If it has an API, a file export, or a screen, we can connect to it.

Which AI models do you use?

Whichever fits the job. We're vendor-neutral and we design every system so the model can be swapped. Model choice is an engineering decision, not a brand loyalty, and it gets revisited under Operate as the market moves.

Who owns the system?

You do. The system we build for you—code, configuration, and data—is yours. We keep the general tooling and know-how we bring to every program. No platform license, no lock-in.

What does it cost?

The audit is a fixed fee, quoted before we start. Builds are fixed-price, quoted from the audit, so the price reflects a spec we both understand. Operate is a flat monthly retainer sized to the system. There is no hourly billing anywhere in the process.

What if it doesn't work?

The audit exists so we don't build things that won't. If we can't find a system worth building, we say so and you keep the map. If we take a build, we ship it to production and prove it against your real outcomes before we hand it over.

How big does a company need to be?

Big enough to have a process worth fixing. The programs are designed for businesses with real operations— typically twenty to a thousand people. Larger organizations with a specific process in mind are welcome.

Do you work outside North Carolina?

Yes. We're based in Raleigh and work on-site when the process needs it and remote when it doesn't. Audits usually involve at least a few days on your floor.
